Pros
Sometimes the graveyard shift is easy, and there won't be anything to do. Some of your coworkers will help you get the hang of things. if you call in far wnough in advance, there will usually be someone who can fill in for you.
Cons
You don't often get to communicate with people of the same intellect, which can become lonely. Too many people call out because of the stress of the job. There should be more job shadow to ease into the job. They don't really ask for employee feedback on how things are being done at the lower levels. If your not careful, they will guilt trip you into taking on an extra shift, which eventually leads to burn put and quitting.
