Supportive management and colleagues, good work culture, good for staff wellbeing, made staff wellbeing a priority and are supportive when struggling with own wellbeing, make reasonable adjustments for disabilities etc., flexible working, decent annual leave entitelements, can work bank holidays if want to and use that leave another time
