Very large and lots of bureaucracy sometimes for a non-profit so can often seem disjointed and unorganized.
The teams I have worked with through out my 35 years has been great. There was always a sense of working for the people we serve.
Cons
Upper management is not responsive to working conditions. Going through proper channels with our concerns we’re met with silence. We lost most of our team because of poor management.
