      Pros

      A chance to develop experience with learning many new skills as a Case worker. From handling medical appointments, hygiene maintainance, banking, tax filing, care giving.

      Cons

      It could be very challenging often, meeting the pape work deadlines as well as handling regular appointments and care giving as well as sort of housekeeping at the same time. For case worker position, be prepared to expect unexpected incidents and challenges that will occur on sight. The organisation do not support people with immigration process. So if anyone looking for help through CLTO, it is good to gain experience but not to provide your document support except the job letter only. So i do not see inclusivity there at all.

      Pros

      A leader in the developmental services sector, great values and leadership, strong advocates, room for professional development and they invest in their staff to help them grow and succeed.

      Cons

      Very large and lots of bureaucracy sometimes for a non-profit so can often seem disjointed and unorganized.

      Pros

      The teams I have worked with through out my 35 years has been great. There was always a sense of working for the people we serve.

      Cons

      Upper management is not responsive to working conditions. Going through proper channels with our concerns we’re met with silence. We lost most of our team because of poor management.
