Union position, nobody wants the job so there are lots of open jobs all the time.
Cons
HR is awful. Management has their clique, they judge from their desks, never at the worksites. HR is a power tripper, who judges and takes pleasure in shredding people. Hiring anyone off the street, so you do double the workload, with clueless people. Union is a B union, they are not on top of everything for the workers
