Pros
I was hired right out of college. It's great for experience but that's it. I was here for 2 years and worked with a top Pulmonologist who taught me more in 3 months that 2 years. Just ignore all the gossip and do your job and you're good.
Cons
Constantly stressful due to favoritism in management. No cross-training which is helpful if someone is out sick. Not enough training (1 day) and your on your own. Board of Directors even was called in due to losing 2 providers and 2 employees who quit due to Rockwood and lack of communication.
