Pros

Pays mid level and leaders well for a nonprofit

Cons

CEO is a grandiose weirdo with a nasty trumpian approach to leadership. Must be a sycophant to succeed.

Pros

Salary was competitive but misrepresented

Cons

misrepresented job duties misrepresented pay structure abysmal training support abysmal professional development job insecurity Hostile corporate work environment management does not know what other roles do forced to work several roles unrelated to position, and expected to succeed without experience, training, or guidance management expects you to "figure things out" rather than be trained (even when asking for training) - because they (i kid you not) see figuring things out as "drive" - when in reality they will not provide what you need to succeed and it repeatedly harms people's morale. You will be potentially be made to wear a suit every day because the CEO in another state "prefers it that way" Never had a present supervisor, didn't receive training; and laid off after they realized they didn't understand the purpose or importance of my role within a disabilities service field. Nightmare, neurotic motherly figures at upper management may actively sabotage your career if responsible for your professional development (which they wont provide)
