Horrible place to work - Program Coordinator Community Outreach Counseling Employee Review

Management is a joke. My supervisor would constantly ask me how to do her job- which requires a degree. The owner is very biased, and loves to employ her friends and family. She fired her daughter for having an affair with another employee and hired her back a few weeks later. The management is a joke, and the owner puts complete trust in someone who looks as if she just rolled out of bed before coming to work in the morning. The owner loved to tell employees they will be out of a job at any moment. No one feels secure in their employment. You are required to use your phone for work- which you must pay for. You have to be available 24/7. No vacation or time off. Salaried and required to work 50-60 hours per week.
