Still the best - Director Community Plus Employee Review

Coming from VIHA as a home support scheduler I wasn't sure what to expect when I began my career with a private home care provider but I was pleasantly surprised. Besides the fact that Matthew is a very fair, reasonable and compassionate leader, he also pays an ACTUAL living wage. We get benefits after probationary period. This company is expanding more every day, so I have no fear of ever losing my job due to cuts like many other places have been experiencing since the beginning of the pandemic.

When it comes to positions aside from our wonderful various healthcare professions in the community, there is no real "office building" to work in as those of us who work *behind the scenes* work from home, so if you don't have the ability to work from home, this might not be the job for you. If you are applying as a health care worker, LPN or similar, you won't have this same issue though as your work is done in the field!

Pays nearly the same as government jobs. Pay increases every year. Premiums & benefits keep improving. Increases have been better than inflation. $$$$ bonus each year. Getting 5 weeks vacation already. Always have hours and OT if I want it. Good dental and health benefits. Regular events to meet coworkers who are all lovely.

Not much to complain about. I only have one employer now. My clients and employees are great.
