Pros
Aside from when area supervisors come in, its a pretty relaxing atmosphere being outside (which is kind of a given). Not a whole lot of difficulty getting a day off as long as your staff can cover you.
Cons
Area supervisors would come around and sometimes complain for no apparent reason. Management in the office loves to take out frustration on others ( like a trickle down effect). Good job for someone who needs temporary work over the summer. Other than that, would not recommend working for this company year round. Pay is also questionable and can vary from person to person.
