- Poor communication from the top down. - Executive & board lack vision, positive leadership potential, and can't prepare the organization to move into the future. - Recent layoffs - Organization will likely merge at some point if change is not implemented. - A lack of empathy or caring for employees from top down. Executive seems to be in their own world at times and seem more concerned about themselves than the organization or others.
