      The pay and benefits are great

      Cons

      Everyone is overloaded with work so onboarding and training is insufficient. I have seen three people fired because they just didn't pick up their job fast enough. Ethics are very questionable around there.

      Pros

      -they will train you for anything they want you to do -very inclusive environment and very professional. -Training is very good, I have never felt off or lost in my job -Lots of opportunity for advancement -company is very responsive to issues within the company

      Cons

      -bus repair garage is short staffed, buses needing fixes are out of service for extended periods of time, leading to shortages of buses. -Drivers are very much on their own until help arrives if it is needed.
