Security staff is overworked, underpaid, and at the mercy of administrative staff, that uses them as a scapegoat for poor decision making.

Management is absolutely horrible. You don't get time off you request and they over work you. Drama is unbelievable with management and supervisors. The only way you won't ever become a target of all this is if you a best friends with management or related. Health care is garbage and outrageous. Under paid and you will be expected to do supervisors job without pay. Save yourself and don't bother at all! No career advancement
