Location and volume are tolerable

Pay is really bad but ok

Reliable Schedule, minimal weekends, paid training.

Sales! You had a weekly and monthly quota and if you didn’t meet them, you would be questioned. If not meeting them became consistent, you’d get warnings and such. Treats of losing job. They wanted you to push all their products on the customers. Also, the pay was awful. Cold calling people during dinner to try to sell them a mortgage. Same for business but loans and merchant services.
