Leadership is toxic and unprofessional. My supervisor made inappropriate and belittling comments toward me, which created a hostile work environment. HR and the board of directors are ineffective — they seem more interested in protecting leadership than addressing serious issues. Zero accountability when staff raise concerns; complaints are brushed off or covered up. Poor boundaries and lack of respect for employees’ well-being. My nervous system was constantly on edge while working here. No meaningful career growth or professional development opportunities.
