Great coworkers and team - felt very supported by the team, and coordinators did their absolute best.
Cons
Work itself gets very stressful and overwhelming. It can get hard, emotional, sometimes thankless. You have to really, really want to work with and be comfortable supporting youth. High burnout and turnover.
