Federal funding makes it unpredictable

Working as a Program Trainer at Compudopt has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The mission is inspiring, the team is supportive, and the students are a joy to work with. The curriculum is well-organized, and there’s a strong emphasis on making an impact in the community through tech education. Leadership is approachable and values feedback.

The biggest downside is the lack of consistent hours. While the work itself is meaningful and enjoyable, I wish there were more opportunities for regular or expanded scheduling.
