      Challenging market Can be cutthroat if not performing Difficult sales KPI’s Reps should have higher base & more split of their commissions for how hard they work Long sales cycle Difficult counterparts to work with (client reps) Lots of uncontrollables that can jeopardize your commissions

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Cons

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
