      Some company reps. Are great others are difficult wide variety of assignments

      Worked with them for several years staff changed and arrangements were difficult You don’t need them they need you We can work anywhere

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
