Pros
ComoHealth is a great.company with great leadership!! The leadership is great they want you to earn money which they then earn an a commission off of. Opportunities for growth are there but your just a small fish in a big sea. Very metric driven and they hold you accountable for your metrics which I love but others may not. Strong sales focus with the ability to make alot of money but it's not for everyone.
Cons
Culture is bad. Coworkers are rude to one another and dont work well together. Too political! Both internal and wordly politics are played within the company and that can be exhausting.
