      Pros

      If you need benefits and don't have the desire to dress up nice or move up in the world, then this job is perfect for you... Also, if you like every concept to be explained in sports terms, you will love it! You don't even need a degree to be there! haha

      Cons

      Super low commission... forget moving into a management role... all based on favortism.... used car salesman mentality - after all, the VP is a used car salesman... That says it all....

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Cons

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
