      Great benefits and culture, decent money, good pto.

      Cons

      Insane micromanaging absurd. Extremely difficult to make good money which it should be but doesn’t seem worth it.

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
