      Paid on time. Easy housing.

      Cons

      Complete lack of transparency of assignments. Recruiters LIE! Terrible onboarding. Non-existent leadership. This company exists to put warm bodies in spots. They do not work for the healthcare provider, they work for the facility. These people are basically snakes. The worst of the worst used car sales people you could ever deal with.

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
