Pros
It's a small company, making it a tight-knit environment in which to work. The location is a good distance from Washington D.C., so the traffic going there isn't too bad if you live close. Of the offers I received at the time, CompSci Resources offered the highest salary. A diverse range of technologies are used, so there are many opportunities to pick up something new.
Cons
As of 2006, the company's sole contract was with the Securities and Exchange Commission and other company's do bid on the same work, so there is always the risk of losing that contract. In addition, there were many long periods of downtime, when there was little or no work to be done. This, however, was primarily the fault of the bureaucracy involved in working with a government agency.
