Pros
If you're smart and have access to search openbox/remanufactured equipment, you can run across some good deals every now and then. Nothing else though, really just a huge waste of time.
Cons
Everything. Pay, Environment, Benefits, everything is ridiculously low or down right insulting. The absolute worst part is the environment, just walk in to any store and talk with more than a few people, everyone hates their job, are looking for something else and management doesn't care. The negative attitude rolls down hill. Corporate treats their employees like slaves, DMs treat their stores the prisons, Managers treat their employees like dogs, etc.
