Pros
The company is directed by their 7 core values which are very in line with my own. Teamwork-Hustle-Results-Integrity-Professionalism-Service-Fun. I live these everyday, and this company makes it a perfect fit for me. I like to work and serve others. I get paid decently, the benefits are great (compared to my last job). The company has direction and drive which are the best thing for a growing company. I feel the vibe from all I come in contact with. I really enjoy going to work everyday. Being in a different location doing what I like to do is a plus for me. Problem solving and fixing equipment are like puzzles to me. I feed off of being pushed out of my comfort zone which only makes me a better technician.
Cons
With a growing company comes growing pains. The kinks are still getting worked out to make this good company a great company to work for. If you are stringent and cannot go with the flow as things change, this may not be the company for you. I really have no other con to report.
