They hold pointless meetings every week to "listen to our opinions" on everything, then don't actually take anything we say seriously. No raises. Management sometimes pretended we weren't even there. Management was incompetent and people were promoted based on how much rectum they kissed, not their intelligence or worth. They lay people off without warning or reason and make them leave immediately. A lot of the people were fake and cliquey, like high school students would act.
