Great vision of the founder to provide personalized patient care. Spacious lab. Free open car parking. That's all about pros!! I have been working for more than 2 years.

Upper lab management is the worst. A lot of petty politics and no growth potential. People are leaving the job out of frustration. No place for smart people. So called "directors" and "vice presidents" spend lot of their energy on hiding the talent of other people out of their insecurities. Also, many people got laid off due to company's financial crunch.
