Opportunity to learn the business. You can learn almost anything you want either technically or creative on your own because being ambitious, you are making them money.

No human side to the company at all. You are treated like a robot, just keep working and making us money. They don't care about you personally at all! You burn out and then they throw you to the curb, Layoffs just keep on coming with terrible package for long term staff. Again, they don't care. IT is run by one of the worse human being I have ever met.
