- CEO of the company has a clear idea for the company and how it can change the employer review space. - Quotas are fair but if you put in the hard work you can make an unlimited commission - I know what my career path is and what I need to do to get promoted - Great culture of salespeople that want to win together. - Leadership is always there to support us with pieces of training, mentors, and advisors, to help us get better.
Cons
- Typical start-up stuff. Always changing and sometimes folks can get left behind - Took us longer than we would've liked to define our sales process so we had some growing pains but I think we overcome those now. - It can be difficult at the beginning to demonstrate the true value our products bring to our customers, so be prepared to fail some in the beginning but it gets better with practice.
