Unrealistic expectations as a new joiner - The expectations set in the 3 months are high just to fire you if they don't like you. They suck the life out of you. Trust me they expect 2x your time and effort for the mediocre pay you receive. Worst line management I seen in my decade in the software industry. My line manager can only accept positive feedback. If I give one negetive feedback during a 1 to 1, my line manager gets irritated. I stopped giving any negetive feedback. The most bossy line manager ever. I hate it. New performance expectations pops up every quarter. Trust me there are so many better places to build your career. Place is run by people who have been there for some time and now wants to boss around because they have got the fund now.
