I would not recommend this company as a long-term workplace. There is a lack of consistent leadership and professionalism from management. Instructions are often given one way, but leadership does not consistently follow the same standards themselves, which creates confusion and frustration in the field. There is also a noticeable breakdown in communication and respect between management and staff. Negative comments about team members are shared openly, and disagreements are sometimes brought onto job sites, which creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional work environment. Team morale is further impacted by ongoing negativity from certain employees. Frequent complaining, mood swings, inappropriate jokes, and distractions (including excessive phone use) make it difficult to maintain focus and provide the level of service customers deserve. Work volume drops significantly in the winter months, which affects income stability. Additionally, the company does not offer health insurance or standard benefits beyond a company vehicle. Overall, the work environment lacks structure, professionalism, and long-term stability.
