Feedback - RSW Compass Children’s Homes Employee Review

I have had the pleasure to work at both Heather and my main house Martha. I have been welcomed in and given all the support I could ask for from my manager John Jordan. I am very happy in my role and feel that I have a voice to express opinions safely and feel heard.

I honestly have no concerns currently, maybe in time i could identify, however it has been a very positive experience thus far.

Extremely rewarding, 1-1 interactions, close knit team, support and help from all of the team, family orientation and ability for progression.

Poorly paid for the work involved. In small schools TA’S do nearly as much as the teachers but paid a lot less. TA’S are very much under appreciated. We actually teach lessons, have much more contact with the students and have as much paperwork to complete such as induction logs and EEPS.
