Pros

Work with a variety of clients and technologies. If you like variety, this is not a bad place to start.

Cons

For most training, you will be on your own. Free training options (YouTube videos, free vendor-provided, some books) exist, but getting any class time is rare. It is not uncommon to be required to work on technologies you might not have knowledge of and with little to no training to be competent at.

Pros

Everything, the owner, Doyle is very kind and extremely well-rounded. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty and jump right in to help with any sort of technical issues. He wants his employees to gain certifications, experience and generally help them in any way he can. Great benefits, mostly paid by the company, small contribution for myself with a child was a mere $56/pay - includes health, dental, vision. Your price will obviously be different, it's low cost and very good all in all. They reimburse your travel and expenses fairly, reimburse at a higher rate if you choose to make the company a "rider" on your car insurance, I didn't but recommend doing it for the extra reimbursement.

Cons

With any smaller company, especially IT, times can be challenging, emergencies pop up, it's IT.., the company more than rewards you with OT / time off, bottom line, they make it right and fair.

Pros

Some decent people, company has some good potential, a break/fix company that is trying to be an MSP and needs guidance for growth.

Cons

Staff bad mouths customers constantly. They don't take urgent security breaches at companies seriously enough. During my employment, they lost many customers and not afraid to "fire" even more. I didn't see a long term plan for the company.
