      There was little to no stress. $28 hour for everyone ECT bartenders barbacks beverage attendants got $25

      Cons

      Payed the least. Had to split tips with 2 other people. Barbacks were getting equal share. Boring.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
