They have good clients and pay is fair.
Cons
Headquarter and HR support is lacking or next to none. If you have a vendor or paycheck issue, make sure you plenty of patience. I think all of these functions are outsourced oversea therefore, an issue with payments can take over months to resolved. Instead of focusing on client needs you are on the phone with corporate resolving vendor and employee payment issues. Not a good business practice. If you like self training this is the company to work for. No standard training whatsoever.
