      Pros

      Since I’ve been working for Compass I’ve had the opportunity to grow. I’ve been with them over 10 years and all I can say is they put the people first.

      Cons

      Like any other job it does get overwhelming at times but nothing that you won’t be able to get over.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
