      Work is easy Good for a beginner or student Good hours if you need em People are phenomenal Really, REALLY hard to get fired If you're in a nursing home, you've got "job security"

      Cons

      Poor management No bonuses Mediocre pay Staff can be not even halfway competent sometimes and not get fired No growth

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
