      Relaxed atmosphere Managers are laid back and allow you to do your job the way you want to.

      Cons

      Pay is absolutely horrendous. Like, minimum wage. Stay away from here.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
