      Pros

      You work with smart people for the most part. Good benefits. Depending on the group you are with there is a good opportunity for advancement. Get to work side by side with MS employees.

      Cons

      You're doing the same work as MS employees at a fraction of the pay. Upper management seemed to have no clue how to deal with our group. Reviews and salary raises system is archaic.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
