Pros
overall good people to work with. Medium to light workload if you can organize yourself well, its all about creating a schedule of what needs to be done and following it. If you do a days work can be done before noon. The locations i was sent to were usually very nice, food is good.
Cons
sometimes getting things done can be like pulling teeth. getting something done will take forever as it has to go up and down the food chain, the buck will be passed when it can be. work is scarce these days. Camp bosses etc are a HR nightmare. most come from a cooking background and have little to no true management experience. Multiple times i have seen employees belittled and then run off for expressing valid concerns.
