      The company is a very well organized company as well as offering great benefits.Your work can be rewarded by pay raises.

      Cons

      For the most part the management was often difficult to deal with as so many management levels. There was room for improvement in that area

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
