      The pay is Fair not the best

      Cons

      HR and management horrible and then they put all blame on supervisors but everything that they state that they’re doing to make a better workplace Is a Nothing is me done This is why they have employees who don’t show up to work or just quit even the new ones coming fresh out of orientation will come to training at the one day and not return and this is the reason.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
