      Best part of Compass Group USA Charlotte HQ is we get free food everyday. There's also app to place order and pick it up downstairs.

      Cons

      The software teams still using outdated systems. They need to heavily invest in new talent and upgrade the systems.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
