There are no pros with this company anymore. They can't even get pay correct now
Cons
Do not work for this company. If they lay you off your health insurance ends that day. He is incompetent with multiple errors in contracts. Pay is unreliable even for salary employees who get the same amount each check, they constantly mess it up. They say there is movement in the company since there are multiple accounts but they don't even send a curtesy rejection email to current employees. Benefits are not good. Literally bottom of the barrel.
