Sucks ... They pay peanuts and the abuse you endure from managers they are terrorists in disguise. Belittle, verbal abuse, bullying emotional abuse and sexual abuse. Sexual harassment is rampant. They do not care about the less fortunate money grabbing pimps. Many of the counselors are in section 8 housing too how the hell are they suppose to inspire people. Had contacted the big 5 employers to offer employment training for the homeless men. It was turned down by the managers. It was the worse place to live. A counselor was fired for being sick. Oh great another homeless person. Employers using the facilities to do their laundry 5 loads ever week. Stealing cash from the rent box. The one manager was screaming at the employees and later was laughing that they were the ones stealing it. Staff sleeping on shift. They have zero compassion and only care about their image to the politicians. disgusting, vile. Inept, lazy, obtuse and stupid. They pay peanuts I hope they all choke on one.
