Pros
The amount of experience I’ve gain here is immeasurable; can do all aspects of administrative work that you can do in a medical office. Every day is different and it’s a great job choice if you enjoy helping people and are a problem solver and strive for stimulation in a work environment
Cons
The work load is definitely off-balance a lot of the time. There should be more attention paid to balancing tasks throughout the office and offering more training to those who could take on more tasks. Training is lazy and lacking.
