Overall, limited growth potential due to size of company.

They allow work from home; however, they rope you in by saying it is up to 4 days but they start you with one and you have to “earn” the rest. In reality no one works more than 3 days from home and the process is crazy! Micromanaging at its finest— you have to provide a list of what you are working on and your progress per day.

Ok so first and foremost, if you aren’t a part of the “club” meaning get in with the right crowd of people, you will be reprimanded for doing certain things wrong. Meanwhile the favorites partake in the same actions but don’t get reprimanded. Professionalism is not something that exists in this work environment, girls may act nice to your face. The most unprofessional person that works there is only kept because the other C suite executives don’t want to have to do her work themselves. She is completely and utterly rude to everyone and no one says anything to her about it.
