Compass Van Lines - Owner Compass Van Lines Employee Review

I recently started working at Compass, and this job has a very relaxed job setting. Pretty small office staff, but they are all very friendly and goal oriented. The owner treats his employees well, and management is about as fun as management can get. For a small business they are very driven to find employees to grow within the company.

The only con i have has nothing to do with the employer itself but rather the clients understanding of how the moving business works.

The owner is very hands on and we are all very close in the office. We eat lunch together at least once a week. This helps us all stay on the same page and boosts office morale. I oversee dispatch, web design, customer service, sales and billing. It is very challenging in a good way. I have learned so much here. The owner wants to build each employee up so that they can contribute in their own special ways to the company. No limits!

Customers are very protective of their belongings. Sometimes they can be aggressive when it comes to the moving process.
