      Pros

      Oversight was minimal. Due to the size of the company it was easy to effect change.

      Cons

      CWM is a consolidator company which is not client focused. Staff are often not experienced or trained well. Management appear to care little for staff and offer as little as they can in the way of salary and benefits.
